Rented 2 atvs to take kids out on. Company gave us helmets and a trailmap, no tools or instruction in case of incident. We followed their van up to trailhead that they use regularly, we did not pick trail ( we are from out of state ). We proceed on trail about 3:00 for a 3 hour ride that we paid $260 for. We get 30 mins into woods and my wife's atv has a flat. No cell service, so I proceed to go back down trail to try and contact company. No luck, no cell service. Ask around at some campsites for a working cellphone or airpump, finally find pump. Go back and try to pump up tire, it will not hold air. I ride atv back down, have spent 1 1/2 hours trying to contact company/fix tire. Get back to trailhead, send wife to contact company. I take kids on different trail. On the way back from short ride this atv has a flat! Employee at parking area says it's not our fault it happens, come back to office and discuss with owner. WELL..... Steve the owner is a real piece of work. While we are waiting to talk with him he is stomping around being real short with his staff. We are called back into shop where he informed us that we were negligent and owed them roughly $325 for 2 new tires. He even went so far as to say that we probably rode the whole time and punctured the tires on purpose to try and scam them for a refund! Look we did not want a refund, just the adventure they advertise in their name, not the nightmare we were sold! Steve could not be reasoned with and even cursed my wife. We ended up just paying $119 to be done with them. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Maybe if everything goes 100% you'll be fine. But like Steve said ""99.9% of the time we have no incident"", DO YOU WANT TO BE THAT .1% THAT GETS THE SHAFT! We will chaulk this up to ""fool me once..."" and lack of research into this company. I have found similar complaints about them since then. Like I said we were in the unfortunate .1% like some others. Thanks and God bless all who read this. PS we do forgive them for their actions.
