I agree with most of you, I would never recomend renting from them again. I lived at 349 east smoot for almost 3 years, they charged me a $250 nonrefundable deposit that was for normal wear and tear on the house. After I vacate the house, they charge me $125 for paint touch ups, when there was hardly any paint inside the house, mostly brick and the outside is all brick but seriously that is normal wear and tear, it looked the same as I moved in. Another charge for landscapping for outside the fence that I have never paid for in over 2 years of living there but all of a sudden I need to pay. Then on top of that $120 landscapping charge I get another for maintenance and thats a $60 charge. This is only a small part of what I dealed with but you get my idea, they will nickel and dime you and there is not much you can do about it, write a letter or call, it will get you no where. \r

I would like to respond to my recent post and appologize to Prestige on jumping the gun on these issues. I really did not give them a chance to resolve them. After talking with the staff and owner they adjusted my deposit and made everything fair. I know sometimes things can be missed and thats just human error. They have always taken good care of me and I would recommend renting from them and if there is an issue, try to call and get it resolved as soon as you can. They will take care of you and just be patient. \r
