Review content:
Absolutely awful. Charge all kinds of extra fees that they don't explain and that they seem to make up. Were extremely dishonest up front when telling me what they would charge to rent out my house. It ended up being a lot more than I could have ever anticipated. In addition, it took them months to rent out the house and they charged me a ton of money every month for listing fees. However, when questioned, they only listed on a couple, unknown websites. They did use craigslist, but I could have done that myself. Extremely untrustworthy and they attempt to milk every penny out of you that they can. Avoid these people at all costs.
Pros: The only good thing was that they were somewhat responsive to phone inquiries.
Cons: Charge a ton of money for mysterious things. Hidden fees left and right.
