I had a GREAT experience buying my 2011 GMC Sierra at Scranton from Jacob Doolittle. After shopping some of the local Chevy dealerships in the area, I decided to stop into Scranton one day. Expecting the same ""car dealership run around"" I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment I walked in the door, Jacob was ready and willing to listen to my recent experiences, and help me find what I was looking for. There was never a ""We can't do that"" or ""It'll be a few days"", or, ""You know we're losing money on this deal"". I told Jacob what I was looking for and the deal I wanted to make. Not only did they meet my expectations, but they were exceeded! If you are looking for a low pressure, friendly car buying experience, Jacob is your guy and Scranton is your place!
