If you are looking to downsize from your current larger home and you are 55 years of age or older, then I would highly recommend purchasing a property in the La Mirada Landmark Adult Community. I grew up in the La Mirada area and never really had an opportunity to visit this wonderful community until I began selling properties as a real estate agent. I recently listed and sold a 3 bedroom single story unit in the community and I was astounded by the tremendous demand for this location. This amazing community has it's own clubhouse/recreation room, a gym, craft rooms, library, tennis courts, swimming pool area, putting green and chipping golf area and so much more. If you like a park-like area, you will definitely appreciate the many green belts and walking paths throughout the sprawling community. If you are 55 or over and have considered an active adult community, then I would strongly recommend La Mirada Landmark Adult Community.
Pros: It's like it's own little town in the heart of La Mirada
Cons: The city needs to install a traffic signal at this location
