I would like to let RVers know I recently bought a Heartland Trailer and there have been some little things that needed to be fixed like any new vehicle. All RV Services Center was the ""Exterminator "" for the little mechanical bugs in our new rig. Two things we found I just mentioned the problem and their staff knew what was wrong without even having to look at it. Hats off to Boby the owner, who at times jumps to the front to assist customers, very professional, worth her weight in Gold. She has patience, understanding, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
