I was recently told that I needed over $3,000 of work on my car from my dealer. I decided that I wanted to get a second opinion so I went over to North End Auto. This was my first time ever trying another mechanic besides the dealer. My first impression was great. The shop is very clean and all the employees are super friendly. I was greeted right away. I explained to them that I just left the dealer and they told me I needed a lot of work on my car. I asked if they could give me a second opinion. They said sure and explained to me that it would be FREE! Wow nice customer service and no charge to look over my car. Could this be true? Yes, it was true and to top it all off it only cost me $23.87 to get my car back on the road not the $3,000 the dealer told me. This place is the only honest place left. I suggest that you save your money and don?t go anywhere else but North End Auto. These guys are the best!
