In this variable weather and even more variable economic climate, estimating something such as heating oil is hard for a new homeowner. The people at Acorn Oil have gone above and beyond providing me service this past New Year's Eve when I found myself running on empty. Add to that the weather conditions that provided an obstacle in addition to a last minute request and an impending holiday. They patiently walked me through all of my options and even through in some emergency remedies in the event my heating system stalled. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and warm. In addition, they sent out a truck as soon as humanly possible. It was more than I could've asked for, especially in this day and age of apathetic service. Thank you Acorn Oil! You have a customer for life.
