I'd never used one of these organization companies before, so, before committing to one, I asked friends and family for recommendations. Then, stupid me, I went with a company that NO ONE had suggested: Closet Factory. The troubles started when I learned that they had made a mistake in measuring the dimensions of my room. Sure, mistakes happen, but c'mon, that's their whole business -- measuring spaces, in order to build ""organization solutions."" Anyway, because of their error, the final result departed from the sketch they'd shown me...and not for the better. Plus, there were lots of delays in the project. Still, they could have ""saved"" themselves. Classy companies apologize, make amends, maybe throw in some freebies, or offer a discount. Not this place. They think they should get paid in full, for their crappy service. Oh, and try calling them, and getting a human being. Good luck. Everyone is always conveniently unavailable, and phone messages are never returned. Check them out, yourself, at the Better Business website. They have a D rating. I wish I'd seen that before I ever called them. Bottom line: there are too many worthwhile closet companies out there, to waste your time, money, and energy on this one! Cons: Extremely rude, unhelpful customer service
