Review content:
Everyone at this hospital was rude. They get your payment information before you see a doctor. The doctor I saw there, raised his voice at me and was very rude. He prescribed me heartburn medication for an allergic reaction, and then proceeded to tell me, steroid treatments like Prednisone would give me cataracts. Later that day I had to spend more money to go to another doctor's office to receive the proper treatment for my allergic reaction. I then contacted several weeks later to dispute the bill and I spoke to a woman, who never contacted me back. I then called back and found out she had been fired and no one had followed up on her cases. I then received a call from her replacement, which did not have any information. She made me explain the entire story again and then proceeded to tell me, I still had to pay the bill, she then hung up on me. I have been patient with these people and courteous when explaining my situation. They have been rude and unprofessional at every turn. I was not satisfied by my visit and they still expect me to pay the almost $1,000.00 bill for nothing but an er visit. ( No x-rays, no tests, nothing.) Shame..........
