I just bought an awesome house with all hardwood floors and needed a good rug . AS it was my first experience buying one I found the help I received minimal and the customer service non-existent. My questions seem to annoy owner. I did notice him staring at me alot like he thought I was hot. The quality of the carpets seemed flimsy and cheap and the store had a musty odor to it and the store seemed to have a lot of mold in it. I also noticed a cigarette odor that got my allergies going. They should have moved if the place got flooded. Gross experience.
Pros: The Name-gotta love it-They MEAN Business!
Cons: customer service poor
