This place use to be good, now they are terrible. I went for dinner on 1-29-2011. It took well over an hour to get our main course. The waiter gave us the wrong side dishes, and forgot a third side dish all together. You have only TWO choices as dinner sides, pasta or vegtables, the pasta sauce is horrible and the vegtables were partially burned.The veal parm. was terrible, it tasted frozen with freezer burn. the cheese on top was not even melted. WORST they dont honor their gift certificates unless you spend $100. This was not on the doubletakedeals web site or the certificate when we purchased it. I was told the resturant does not even have a manager to complain too!!! Franco Federico does not honor his own gift certificate ???, what a embarassment to his family. The waiters said everyone is complaining about the $100. minumum . But they didnt tell me when i presented the gift certificate BEFORE we ordered, even though he said they've been getting complaints all week. The Federico family really dont know how to treat customers.
