wow what to say about nanking. well i cant say i rememeber how old i was when i first had nanking but i know i was a young kid and im 17 now so it had to be a while ago. but anyways this restaurant has the best chinese food in allentown. me and my family eat there very often. in fact i work at valley farm, which is the grocery store next door, so this restaurant is a quick and easy lunch. i know that many people go there on our lunch break because the food is made quick and yet it is still amazingly good. they have the best sweet and sour chicken, and their boneless spare ribs are so scrumptious. they have just the right amount of sauce on them and the sweet and sour cicken is just crispy enough on the outside yet tender and juicy on the inside. the service itself by the workers is also wonderful. they all work so hard to please their customers. in fact i know the one guy just learned english a year ago to better serve the customers. sometimes he has trouble with some words but when my family goes in there we usually help him out and give him new words and sentences for the week and let me tell you he has come a long way. i dont think ive heard anybody speak english as well as him for learning it in just one year. also the workers making the food work extremely hard, too. they wanna make your food right and in an exceptable amount of time. so with that being said i recommend that everyone try this restaurant they really are the best here around allentown.
Pros: they have really great food and wonderful service from their workers
Cons: it is a smaller restaurant and there isnt a lot of parking but none the less the food is good
