They have just updated their look! It looks great. The original employees (the ones that have been their for a year or longer) are great. However some of the new employees display an attitude of not enjoying their job and not caring about the customers. It is great however to able to pick up a burger or a shake and then walk over and pick up a few grocery items. I love their steaks you can purchase from the grocery side I don't even purchase a steak at the grocery store anymore it seems its just a better cut of meat. Great job. The grill side however the quality of food is not what it use to be. It could very well be who is cooking it. But hey there is no other ice cream like Braums ice cream. And I now only buy my dairy items (milk, eggs, butter, cheese, and cottage cheese) from Braums. Braums milk is great for people who have a little intolerance to milk due to the way it is processed.
Pros: Their ice cream and grocery side
Cons: Hamburgers are not what they use to be
