Review content:
There are numerous hidden charges with these apartments. Ask about Heartland Power Company before you sign! This so called power company is just a front for the owners of the apartments. After you move in they will charge you for the lights outside your apartment building, for pest control, and other related items just to make extra money. They also charge you an administration fee for all of this nonsense! If you are in the military...move on to the next apartment complex. They like to wait until you move out before sending you these so called charges.
