Im new to the western suburbs and was looking for a new place for my hair. This is not the place! Never have I ever had such a bad cut! When I called a girl answered who took WAY to long to make an appointment. When i got there the girl who greeted me who i think was the same one who booked me...Deneal(?) was holding a cup of coffee and had a bag of cereal next to her AT the front desk! Checked in and waited about twenty min when the stylist finally came to me. I sat down in Dans chair and right away noticed his wrinkled pants! Not ok for the owner. Went threw the consultation and got a very quick shampoo then the cut. Somehow after asking for an inch cut off 3 inches extra were on the floor. My hair does not grow fast either. I also got some bangs after asking for just some layering around the face. I would think if you own a salon you would know how to listen to your customers. I think im going back to the cities for my hair. The extra half hour will be worth it!
