This is the last place you should go for computer repair or support -- if I could give negative stars I would. I used them for a simple repair to replace a cracked laptop display screen. They installed what must be a defective or perhaps used screen though I was charged for the purchase of a new one. Soon after the install, it started buzzing loudly -- and worse, the entire cover, including the bezel framing the LCD panel, was never put back together correctly, so the screen and its framing popped out, leaving the fragile LCD panel hanging. I called Advantron to come and correct the problem -- and replace the buzzing screen and I was given an appointment. But they never showed -- I then made dozens of calls to my service rep., which were never returned. I then contacted the company repeatedly asking for someone else to come fix the problem, and those calls went unaddressed as well. In sum, I paid nearly $400 for a repair, and subsequently had to take my laptop elsewhere to get the work done right. I would never use or recommend this firm for any job -- the fact that they don't stand by their work or take any responsibility for customer service is an outrage. They are completely unprofessional.
