Review content:
I had them come over for some blinds for my newly finished basement. I wanted just basic wood blinds for 4 windows. The prices were higher than I though they should be but I had a coupon for 20% off and I didn't have time to have someone else come out to measure my windows so I went with it. The salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable she told me it would take about a week. 4 weeks later I got by blinds but no one would install them. The sales person's explanation was that the company recently filed chapter 11 bankruptcy and the installers were not paid so she could not get anyone to install them for me. Finally I got my brother to do it but I paid almost $100 for installation and have yet to see a refund back on my credit card. Every time I call their customer service I get put on hold. Everyone there acts like it's their first day on the job. I wouldn't recommended this company. The blinds are ok but not worth what I paid for them I should have gone to Home Depot. :(
