Review content:
I have been to this salon three times, and there will be no more visits! When I visited to have old acrylic nails removed and replaced, the manicurist instead put on a 'powder gel' nail (for the requested french manicure style). I repeatedly said, this is different than the last place that I went- you put on the gel first here? And she nodded, yes. I continued to talk about how I never painted my nails in the past because I work with my hands and they always looked bad a couple of days after painting- which was why the acrylics were so much better for me, they were indestructible. She just nodded and continued. When she started to paint my nails, I realized that she was doing exactly what I had not wanted. Oh, well, I thought, it was just a language problem- a one-time waste of money. I thought, next time, you must be very, very clear.
Pros: Was close to home. Oh well. Will now go elsewhere.
Cons: Do no listen, try to sell things that aren't requested, dishonest about product
