Kevin Daniels put a lot of effort into creating my resume. He was very personable and fun to work with, so, I don't relish doing this review. He reviewed reams of evaluations and job descriptions, etc. that I gave him. At first glance, the resume he produced seemed great, touting my expertise and abilities, but on second and third and fourth review, I found inaccuracies and some inartfully constructed sentences (the font was tiny--9.5!). Then, I found the worst mistake--my name was misspelled in the footer! Yikes! I had already sent my resume out to a prospective employer. I was humiliated, and thoroughly disappointed. When I contacted Kevin to let him know, he seemed sincerely regretful, and said he credited me with $50, but he never followed through.
