Review content:
I spoke with Wes the technician and he explained everything well. Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in a while. Wes pre vacuumed the baseboard and rooms to start. As I watched the machine used it cleaned really great! Our concern for drying fast was solved with these fans.
Pros: Very professional and responsive to our concerns
