I recently brought in my comforter to the Hudson Oaks branch of this Dry Clean Super Center (the main location is on Main Street in Weatherford, Texas). When I received my comforter back there were numerous holes in it! I immediately contacted the store and after a few days I received two hateful, spiteful and derogatory voicemails claiming that I had made the holes and that I should try my 'scam' at a different dry cleaners. The owner - Rick - called me a liar and 'bitchy' and refused to call me back. I left the comforter in the bag I received it in because I was going to further investigate the holes and get the owner to call me back again. However, today when I decided to look at the whole comforter myself and really see just how much damages there was, I counted 18 - yes 18 holes in my comforter ---- and the real kicker of it all is they tried to sew them!!! I couldnt' be more appalled or disgusted and would NEVER recommend this cleaners to anyone! If you cherish what you take to the cleaners be sure NOT to go to this company EVER!
