I visited the white rock clinic at the beginning of the year. When I firs got there the dental assistants took my x rays without any explanation on what was going on. I had to keep asking on everything they were doing. The cubicle was dirty with yellow spots on the table. Assistants were going back and forth from patient to patient and the same globes. A new assistant was in training that day, I figure this out on my own. He started assisting without my consent. An Asian lady that barely spoke English was my doctor. The assistant introduced me to her. She barely acknowledged me. My clean up took 30 seconds (literally) and without a word, she left. Again I had to call the assistant and ask what was going on. The assistant let me know my procedure was done. Nobody acknowledge me as if I was their next paperwork to file. But what really gets me is the staff going back and forth touching other patients mouth and then touching yours with the same globes. All around bad service there. Higene, uneducated staff with no personality, and incompetent doctors are only a small sample on how bad this place is and I can go much longer. I wouldn?t tolerate this bad of a service but I was late for work. I called the manager next day. Without even apologizing, she gave me a new complimentary appointment with a new doc. This time doc was better, still jumping from patient to patient and on a rush. He found a new cavity the previous doctor hadn?t even seen. I gave them a second chance thinking they were just having a bad day the first time around. Little did I know every day is a bad day at Jeffersons Dental Clinic. I will never go back and I hope you never even think about visiting this place.
