Businiess name:  Cook County Fantus Clinic

Review content:
I called ahead of time to see if Fantus could provide a physical especially one to be cleared for Peace Corp service and they told me sure, come in, we'll take care of you. Upon arrival and waiting in a long line I was bluntly told they don't do physicals, and if I want to make a complaint I can wait in another long line. I called them while at the clinic and they were very rude saying that ""no, we wouldn't have told you that we do physicals."" Not ""I apologize,"" or ""We admit we made a mistake,"" but instead they simply chose to be rude. When I asked both the lady on the phone and the lady at the front of the line where I could go to get a physical that assists the uninsured, I was told that no place exists like that. There are places that exist.
