He is not professional at all. He ordered some tests and then went vacation for weeks. The reports were sent back to his office but he won't let her nurse give it to me when I had to see another doctor. The other doctor took good care of me and also fixed a problem on my skin. I later called to canceled my appointment with doctor Lazar. Guess what? Dr. Lazar called me and waked me up at 7AM on a Saturday morning! He is not only a bad doctor, he is a bad person.
Pros: easy to get an appointment because nobody see him
