Review content:
I took my bird there to get groomed as in wings and nails and got a hell of a surprise. I warned the owner that the bird was normally uncaged and that I had not got his wings clipped in about a year. She proceeded to open the cage and have him jump on her finger like she was all powerful. My bird not familiar with her flew away. She repeatedly beat the exposed piping that he was perched on with a small goldfish net causing him to go in a panic mode. She then attempted to catch him in mid air with this small net causing him to crash into the store window. After he ran into the store window he fell into the puppy cage. She then swatted him with the net catching and dragging him across the bottom of the cage with his head down and somewhat twisted as he cried in pain. He now is missing a chunk of feathers and is traumatized.
