Imagine my surprise when I searched this company and saw all of the SAME complaints I currently have. I signed up CONTRACT-FREE in the Summer of 2012, got on a treatment schedule that I was told could be cancelled at any time and was stuck with a yard worse off than it was before. I called to cancel and they kept on coming! I called over and over and they continued to spray and leave bills. They did a grub control that I didn't authorize paying for and NEVER called me back or even answered their phone. They sent me to collections and due to caring about my credit, I was forced to pay for something I didn't authorize at all. If you enjoy a good scam, hire this company. If you like good customer service, a company that keeps its word or does the job correctly, do NOT even answer your door when they knock. Worst Kansas City company I've ever come in contact with.
