Review content:
To start off the people who run this place are corrupt. The girl who works in the office is constantly bitching and not willing to help you with anything except taking your money and telling you where you can or cannot park, on top of the fact that every time we encountered this person she took her miserable life out on us. The manager charges people 25$ for having a bag left in your place filled with nothing. This is on the long list of phony charges they give you for any little thing. Make sure that when you move in you fill out the ""what is wrong sheet"" perfectly otherwise you will be suckered in the end. The places are built very cheap and were hurried to make the deadline of each fall semester. They will walk right into your apartment or townhouse without announcing they are coming and do whatever they want which is completely against the law! Cars suffer immense amounts of damages from the kids who the ""security"" cannot control. Basically security does NOTHING at all. On top of that your rent that is supposed to be paying for security, nice places, and a safe environment, is completely ridiculous every month. Along with this any time you need anything at all, like they make you feel before you sign your contract, they are completely unwilling to check or help anyone out such as lights going out the first day because of the cheap construction job and no power being sent to them. They also lied completely about the footage of the rooms that they rent out as was promised to them in there contracts. When confronted they dodge your questions and say they will call back, but of course no call is ever made. Overall this is a very bad place of business. Business is an enterprise that is based around customer satisfaction, meaning, evidently this is a bad business being run and a scam. A plus to it is partying is going on 24 hours, but again that is only because the security cannot do there job. So that works out for the college partier.
