Review content:
I spent many a day and night in Hams in 1965 - 67 while stationed at Offutt. ""King Suds"" (Bill Borman) and I shot team pool, ate infared sandwiches & pickled eggs, drank beer and generally had a good time til closing time every night. AS I recall, 3 women ran the bar and they held special ""feeds"" - we supplied a bunch of trout for one of them. This was the first place I ever heard of or ate Turkey fries. Fights were minimal and most just had fun. It was always a warm reception and a good crowd.
Pros: Small town at it's best
Cons: Bellevue is cold as hell in winter
