Review content:
I took and expensive black blouse ($279.00) to be cleaned at this establishment. I had worn the blouse 3 times. I could not decipher the recommended method of cleaning (cleaning label was black with black writing) - so I entrusted it to the expert of the dry cleaner. The blouse had ruffles along the front with ornaments and beading sewn onto the ruffles. When the blouse was returned to me from the dry cleaners, all the ornaments and beadings were melted into the ruffles creating a white trail all over the front of the blouse. There was no notification from the cleaners that he had encountered any problem with the cleaning process - although, when confronted, he admitted that the cleaning process had damaged the blouse. He adopted a ""so what"" attitude - he simply pointed to a posted sign that warned customers that he was not responsible for buttons, ornaments etc. I reminded him that buttons and ornaments side, the blouse itself was now not wearable because the damage was not limited to the buttons/ornaments, the blouse with the trail of white all over the front was now not wearable. He refused to replace the blouse nor would he accept my offer to reimburse me for half the amount that I paid for the blouse (receipt provided). He even had the gall to say that the buttons/ornaments were damaged because they were 'cheap"". I am very disappointed that my blouse was ruined but I realise that mistakes happen - However, I am very angry at the cleaner's lack of integrity and total unwillingness to rectify a mistake that he caused. Never, never use this dry cleaning facility!
