My wife and I purchased a number of products from this store the past week. In fact, well over a $100.
My wife purchased an outfit only to find out that it had been worn, stained and ripped! She didn't even try it on and the next day she tried to exchange the outfit for a new one. She was told that she needed to speak with the owner's husband.
This immediately sound unprofessional.
She went back today to speak with Freddy, only to be denied an exchange. He didn't even inspect the outfit or listen to the details of our claim. He did not honor the return policy!
He was rude and extremely unprofessional.
From now on we will only purchase from companies that do not resell used products. We highly suggest that you purchase from cheaper, customer satisfaction driven companies such as Adam and Eve. Clearly this is a small-time business that is driven by the dollar and not by their customers.
Simply disgusting!
