Review content:
Glowing Greens is a great place to go with a group of friends for an indoor activity. The black lit pirate theme is fun and the art work is impressive. 3D glasses are cheap if you want to enhance the experience.
BUT.....
The biggest downfall to this place is the staff. I understand when it's busy or crowded or maybe you're just having a bad day, but there is no reason to take it out on the people who are there to have a good time.
Unfortunately, I will not being returning to Glowing Greens any time soon. I paid $8 to have a fun and relax with friends and it was all brought down at the end when a staff member mouthed off because of a simple mistake that we apologized for. It's not like we broke anything or were vandals. We accidentally walked into a private room.
Sorry Glowing Greens, but I won't be giving you money again unless you inform your staff of what good customer service is.
