Review content:
Our salesman, Bill Hanna, made us laugh and definately went the extra mile! We were treated with respect and shown how dedicated they are to customer service!
Due to a scheduling conflict at the same time as delivery...Mr. Hanna personally delivered our new vehicle directly to our home, without a transport vehicle to take him back. He was willing to wait here in our small town for someone to come pick him up. He made sure we had our new vehicle for the short trip to our meeting that day!
He understood our concerns after learning of a recent bad sale through another local auto dealer and definately went the extra mile to make sure that we were well taken care of.
This dealership is one that stands behind themselves and takes the customers concerns to heart! I recommend them with 5 stars just because the whole staff went the extra mile (or thirty).
