When I went in for an oil change the guy in service, Mike, told me my brakes were shot. Because I work, I didn't have any time to get my brakes taken care of when the service department was open. I told that to Mike, and he said it was no problem. He made sure I had a car from Hertz, free of charge, so that I could get to work and back while my car was in the shop. Never have I had such a wonderful, curteous person to work with when I have gotten service on my car. I've never had a free car to use, and was so impressed by that! I'd recommend anyone go to Mike in service because he'll take care of you.
