My husband and I have lived here for two years. We loved it here so much we even referred a couple of tenants to them. However when we found an affordable home that we loved they were unwilling to work with us. Not even a consideration of our history with them or our situation. To break the lease it's 2 months at Market Value + What Ever Monthly Discount (Now a days you can get between $200 - $400 below MV, $500+ if you work there). We were willing to pay the 2 months, but was hoping that they would take into consideration that we are good referring tenants and that we are buying a house. Thank goodness we didn't get a better monthly deal otherwise we'd probably have to pass up on our dream house. I still can't believe we're going to be paying around $3000 to get out of here, but in the end it'll be worth it. So even if you're enticed to move in, make sure you can stay the whole lease or close to it. You don't want this inflexible lease agreement to come between you and your future. Pros: beautiful community Cons: Pricy, Breaking Lease Fees OUTRAGEOUS, LOUD xcept 3rd fl
