CELLULAR PLUS IS TRUELY NOT A NICE COMPANY AND CERTAINLY NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!! AFTER PURCHASING A WI-FI HOT SPOT I WANTED TO RETURN IT SINCE THEY TALKED ME INTO A MOTOROLA XOOM WHICH THEY DID NOT HAVE. I NEVER OPENED IT UP AND HAD IT FOR 3 HOURS. THE STORE MANAGER ANGELA PETERSON WAS RUDE AND CHARGED MY 30% RE-STOCKING AFTER YEARS OF BUSINESS WITH THEM. IN 3 HOURS I LOST $56!! I WENT TO TCI CELLULAR AND JERRY TREATED ME RIGHT!! AND WAS $150 CHEAPER ON THE MOTOROLA XOOM..$150 CHEAPER...CELLULAR PLUS YOU SUCK!
