I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with Metropolis town car service that I felt compelled to tell others about how great they were! I was flying into Seattle (Sea-Tac) and needed to get to my hotel downtown, and they were price wise they were comparable to taking a taxi - but offered a much more enjoyable ride. I called them the morning of my arrival (5am Seattle time) and they answered the phone and were more than willing to arrange a pick up for that morning. Once we had gathered our luggage, all it took was a phone call and the towncar was there within three minutes to pick us up right outside of the terminal. The car was very clean and the driver was polite and offered helpful ideas on what to see in town as well. On my return to the airport a few days later, I gave them a call and they even remembered what airline I was flying out on, without my having to remind them! A wonderful business, worth every penny for the convenience they provide in getting to/from places.
Pros: Pick-up within two feet of the sea-tac terminal door, excellent and friendly service, great price
Cons: none.
