I have been to many repair shops in the Raleigh area including the dealership (BMW) and I'm very impressed with what I'm getting at Pinnacle in terms of quality, price, and overall service experience. They have saved me over $500 on the most recent visit as I was told I needed a laundry list of items for my BMW M3. In fact, I only needed a few items and the car is now perfect. Their rates are extremely reasonable... how many repair shops can you make that statement...
Pros: Comfortable waiting area with coffee, tv, couches, wireless access for work, vending, great hours open late.
Cons: not much parking.. I had to come up with something.
