Review content:
I purchased a 3 series (used) in October 2008. A light came on so I took it to Pinnacle ""in the blind."" I didn't know anything about their business. Kevin called me. He informed me that I still had some warranty left and that he suggested I take it to the dealer (Leith BMW) which I did at no charge. How honest can you get? I recently bought a used 5 Series and took it last week to Pinnacle thinking it may need brakes. Kevin surveyed the brakes and said they were fine. He said someone had installed a less expensive set of brakes but they would be as safe as any others. Too bad they don't fix televisions. Pros: They know BMW's
