I went to pinncale today for a concern about a service engine light. They let me in first, ,because no one was there. After about 45 mintues, the technician came out and said there was no problem with my exhaust system, but he ""reset the computer"" . He was quick to add that my oil level sensor was faulty, and wanted to quote me a price for that. After that I was given a $96 bill for him ""reseting"" the sensor. He said I needed to go to the dealership for some type of program that needed to be downloaded to the car. If he knew that, why charge me $96 dollar to reset a light, that came on 2HOURS later! i called them back as soon as it came back on. Again they referred me back to the main dealership for the problem. I just hate the fact that they take advantage of hard working women like that. I am not trying to gain pity or sympathy, but $96 is a bit much for pushing a few buttons. Those guys knew that light would come back on., but what hurts the most is that it came back on the SAME DAY! I literally gave them $96 dollars for nothin. This is the last time I will ever do business with them again. I should not have went today, considering how my brakes were takin care of as well. Brand new brakes and shoes, and they squeak and squeal as if they were never changed. Hmmmmm go figure.
