We live in Ohio and were traveling between Durham and Wake Forest N.C. We had a flat tire in the dark on RTE 98 in heavy traffic. We called for help through Nationwide Roadside Service (they were excellent to work with. They sent someone to change the tire, but he could not remove the spare because of corrosion. Road service then sent Pinnacle Towing to tow the vehicle to a dealer. When Chris at Pinnacle Towing arrived and prepared to tow, he said that he would look under the truck and with the tools that he had he freed the spare and changed the tire for us. We were then on our way and Pinnacle saved us many hours and a headache. As we were getting to leave he wanted to make sure that we were not charged for towing, only to change our tire. As his card says ?Higher Standards? it surely fits his service. The entire time Chris was there he was very concerned about safety and was extremely polite. I would tell anyone needing help to call Pinnacle Towing. I only wish every area had a Chris Ramirez and Pinnacle Towing.
