I drove my European made car into this shop. I should not have done it. Soon after I showed up, the mechanic could not figure out where the car computer hook up was. I dropped off the car. I thought I had the exhaust or an engine problem. Mechanic spent one week figuring out what was wrong with the car, and disassembled the engine top ( head gasket) to bits and pieces. Week later, the mechanic gave me a call to let me know not only that I needed a new engine, but a hefty bill for the ""performed work"". I had to cover the bill, but in return I got back the pieces of the engine top. I had to exchange my car as a result of it.
