We had the worst experience with this practice! we were seen in the stockbridge office, but when you call, you have to call the switchboard and get transfered around! all we ever get is an endless supply of automated systems and voicemails that are apparently never checked! when medication that was prescribed needed to be authorized by the insurance company it took me calling them MULTIPLE times A DAY and leaving lots of messages to get anything done and it was still over a week before anything was done. the office staff is horrible and i am still not convinced the diagnosis we received was right- we are moving doctors ASAP!!!!!
