Review content:
I decided to try Polo Cleaners since they are a local business. I gave them 4 shirts to clean and press; when I went to pick up my shirts one of my shirts had been torn to shreds. The entire tail of the shirt had ben torn off into threads. When I questioned the attendant she informed me that the shirt was is disrepair and that a simple washing caused the shirt to be torn to shreds. The shirt was relatively new and had no signs of wear. When I asked the attendant for reimbursement she said no and would not take responsibility for the damage. The proprietors of this business are dishonest and have no integrity in there business transactions.
