Review content:
If you own this business I have some advice for you: Find someone else to manage your store or sell the darn thing. I can only imagine how many customers you've lost due to the inconsistent and unreliable store hours. It's ridiculous!
I live just down the street from this place and I've visited it a few times. The convenient store is currently called ""Signature Austin,"" or something like that...though it's HARDLY convenient!
I've had to get back in my car and drive to the Valero station on Barton Springs SEVERAL times because this place is ""closed"" when they should be open (according to THEIR store-hours sign!).
I was just there this past week to get gas and during the 5 or so minutes it took to fill my tank I saw 3 different customers walk up to the store, tug on the door, look around with a puzzled look on their face, then walk away. The lights were on, the sign says they're open, but the doors were locked and no one was inside. This was during the middle of rush hour. I don't get it.
I'm giving up on this place, as I'm sure many other people have. The Valero station may be a couple blocks further, but at least I can depend on them to be open when they say they will.
Pros: Pay-at-the-pump gas.
Cons: It's closed or left unattended at the strangest times!
