This is the worst disposal service ever. Working from home on Friday I noticed the trash truck picking up my trash. As I stood there at my door waiting for them to finish, the employee had dropped some trash out of the trash can onto the ground. Instead of picking it up, the employee threw the trash can up against the truck where he then began spitting out the most foul language. He then grabbed the trash can and threw it into my yard. Then he gets back in the truck and leaves. He never even attempted to pick up the mess he made. I immediately called T&C and explained what happened, they contacted the driver who in turn backed-up (approx 4 blocks). The employee who made the mess gets out of the truck and picks up a few pieces of trash, throws them in the back of the truck and then struts back to the truck to the passenger side. The driver gets out and tells me he had no idea what's going on, that he was doing paper work and that the employee is a real good worker... Hmmm... I made the driver pick up every single piece of trash. Further more each time they have dumped my trash they have always left at least 1/4 of the trash still in the can. And they always throw the trash can onto the ground breaking off the wheels. I can't tell you how many times I've had to fix the trash can. Anyway I called a competitor who will give me better service for the same price and a larger trash can...
