Review content:
There is no way to avoid them because T&C is contracted by our homeowners association. We have had numerous problems with them. We paid extra for large items to be picked up only for them to leave them there, but they did take the check off our front door that's for sure. I had to call them 3 days in a row to have them promise me they would pick up the large item the next day but they would never show up. Then I asked for a supervisor. Conveniently no one was around so they were supposed to call me back. No surprise that they didn't. There is nothing worse than being ignored. If I had the owners name and number I would call them or send a certified letter. I am not the only one that has complained to our homeowners association. They are trash collectors, I guess we can't expect much.
