So far - I haven't seen the trucks as the schedule seems to vary. My lids are not put back on the can nor stuffed inside on windy days. The first time they came by somehow, my can I've had for 20 years was run over and their tire track was right down the middle of the can. I called the office to inquire and the polite lady told me that a supervisor would have to call me back. No one ever called. I called back several times. I'm not saying it's a bad company. I'm just saying it hasn't been great so far. T&C took over our route a little over a month ago. The old company always put the lids on or back in the can and was always on schedule except for holidays which they could never get straight. I guess it's just a sign of the times we are living in and what people are willing to accept. Pros: none so far Cons: plenty
