Wow what a nightmare. Paid $60 to test my TV which turned into a seven week saga in trying to get it back. After threatening legal action I was able to finally pick it up from an intoxicated guy who thought the whole thing was amusing. The TV was not fixed in fact quite the opposite they actually damaged the unit casing by not putting it back together correctly. Whatever you do avoid this company-they will take you for a ride too.
