I had to order some flowers for a funeral. I ordered thru Maple Grove Floral. I sent in the order, got my confirmation back and all was good to go. When I arrived at the funeral home, much to my dismay my flowers were not there. I was a little upset at this. So I checked out my receipt and found I had put the wrong delivery date down. I called Maple Grove Floral and let them know what happened and that I needed to pick them up right away the next morning by 8:30. They informed me they would not be open at that time but to come anyways and there will be someone there to let me in and get my flowers. I got my flowers at 8:40 that morning. Now THAT is customer service!!! The flower arrangement was beautiful, I could not have asked for a better one. Thank you for the great service during such a hard time. It was appreciated ALOT! The store is beatiful as well!!
